Our Projects

Custom ERP software procurement for a car fleet management company
Client:
Mid-size car fleet management company
Challenge:
The client needed to transfer its spreadsheet-based operations into a structured environment. Cost efficiency and the scalability were the main driving factors. We had to research the market and interview several potential vendors. We shortlisted the most promising one and helped the client choose one of them and provided full-scope project management until the operations were up and running.
Results:
The client experienced significant time savings in daily operations, which led to smooth processes and saving on labor costs.
Agile project management for a non-profit organization
Client:
A domestic branch of an official, worldwide non-profit organization
Challenge:
The client had problems with its legacy internal systems. The system suffered from continuous disruptions and did not allow efficient workflows. Also, the IT department was highly short-staffed and most of the original team have already left. The infrastructure had to be developed from scratch based on the current need and future projects of the client. We had to identify and choose the vendor for the software development and had to assist the client through the entire lifecycle of the project.
Results:
The revamp of the whole infrastructure made the clients’ processes 50% more time efficient and it ensures higher data efficiency and helps cooperation with easy, in-platform communication.

SLA negotiation for a medium sized logistics company
Client:
An Eastern-European freight forwarding company
Challenge:
Red Iron Consulting partnered with the client for a critical Service Level Agreement (SLA) negotiation project regarding their core IT systems. Our expertise in industry, best practices, risk mitigation, and strategic negotiation helped the client secure a well-balanced and effective SLA. The client did not have any personnel experienced enough to lead the negotiations.
Results:
The management of the company could continue their daily operations with only minimal effort needed to be allocated to the SLA. In the end, they received a much more favorable scope and price than originally planned.
